About Me
Hello! My name is Josiah, and I’m looking forward to being your history tutor. My past experience in history and public speaking has led me to become a tutor to help not only you but also myself in broadening our knowledge of the subject of your choice.
Tutoring experience: primarily with AP World History and Elementary English
Methodology
History can often be confusing when it’s told one event at a time, but underneath each individual event lies underlying mechanisms pervasive throughout all of history. And when zooming out we can observe the broader patterns which those mechanisms create. It is my goal to get you understanding more of the why to history rather than just the what.
